As part of 2009 Spring Convocation, outgoing and incoming Vassar Student Association (VSA) Presidents Jimmy Kelly '09 and Caitlin Ly '09 shared their remarks with students, faculty, administration and staff to commemorate the past year and mark the year yet to come.
